Business Description

Postpartum doula, offering physical, emotional, and informational support to families in the 4th trimester after the birth of their babies. I offer in-home and virtual services, providing compassionate and empathetic support during this transitory time.

Physical Support:

  • Post C-Section care
  • Nutritional support
  • Reassurance on typical postpartum healing
  • Help provide rest for mothers, so they can recover from the birth
  • Household organization

Emotional Support:

  • Hold space for fluctuating emotions
  • Keep an eye out for Postpartum Mood/Anxiety Disorders
  • Provide a listening ear, non-judgmental space, allowing parents to be where they are, who they are
  • Sibling adjustment support
  • Help families find their own unique parenting style

Informational Support:

  • Community referrals when outside care is warranted
  • Reassurance with typical newborn characteristics/behavior
  • Help with gentle infant sleep routines
  • Assist with basic breastfeeding concerns

About the Management

Elizabeth is a trained postpartum doula, trained through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). She is a mother herself of two daughters, she found her passion for postpartum work while she was pregnant with her own children, falling in love with the process of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum stage.

Elizabeth is passionate about helping bridge the gap in postpartum care. The 4th trimester can be a time when mothers and families can feel invisible; in this day and age where we are often separated from our own families, there is a loss of the “village” that is so needed in this time. She is dedicated to servicing families and providing one piece of this lost village.

In her spare time, Elizabeth loves spending quiet time with her family, reading, exploring the beach, and hiking. She is a quiet personality, one who enjoys a slower pace of life.
