Pender County Trashes the Dump Decal: Just Bring Your ID

Pender County is no longer requiring a vehicle decal at its solid waste convenience sites. Staff will run occasional random ID checks instead. No ID on a normal household load still gets you in, and out-of-county military and part-time residents are covered.
