Business Description

Badger Box Mobile Storage provides industry-leading quality storage containers in 16′ and 20′ sizes. Our units are fully weather-stripped and ventilated with an anti-condensation spray coating on the ceilings. We deliver the units to your home or business where they can be stored on-site, moved to your new destination, or brought back to our facility for interim storage. With our remote control delivery system we are able to place the units nearly anywhere the box can fit and are able to move fully loaded units level on and off our truck.

We are locally owned and operated, and started right here in Wilmington in 2019. We have a great team of experienced delivery drivers who will make your moving and storage experience a breeze!


About the Management

Chris Welch has owned and operated Badger Box for the past 4 years. Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to North Carolina in 2009 to attend college at Elon University. Upon graduating he relocated to Wilmington in 2013 and has called Wilmington home since. He started his career in small business banking at Live Oak Bank and went full-time with the business in the summer of 2021. In his free time, Chris enjoys hanging out with his wife Liz and dog Winnie, golfing, checking out local breweries, and watching sports and movies.
