Locals Art Gallery & Wine Bar combines a local art gallery with a wine and craft beer bar in Surf City. The gallery shows paintings, abstract resin work and photography by local artists. The bar pours more than 20 wines by the glass plus an extensive bottle selection and local and domestic craft beer, with gourmet charcuterie boards and desserts. The space is available for event rental and offers free high-speed WiFi; hours are Tuesday-Thursday 11am-9pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-10pm.
