High Tides & Good Vibes is a family entertainment center on a five-acre site on NC Highway 50 in Surf City that opened in mid-December 2025, developed by Frankie Williams and Eric Shirley with partners Brian Mallin and Kranti Ponnam. Attractions include 16 bowling lanes (four of them VIP), laser tag, 67 arcade games, a 60-foot indoor zipline, a 10-obstacle ropes course, a three-story foam-ball Ballistics Tower, an eight-seat XD dark ride theater, golf and multi-sport simulators, axe throwing, interactive darts and a karaoke room. On site are The Boardroom restaurant with about 140 seats, a full bar with local craft beer, a cookie bar and a 4,000-square-foot turf beer garden with a covered patio and live entertainment stage. The venue hosts birthday parties, corporate events and bowling leagues, and is open daily with hours running as late as 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
