The Town of North Topsail Beach is the incorporated municipal government for North Topsail Beach, founded in 1990. Town Hall is at 2008 Loggerhead Court and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at (910) 328-1349. Departments include Administration, Finance, Building Inspections, Planning and Zoning, Police, Fire & Rescue and Public Works. The town also maintains advisory boards including the Beach Inlet and Sound Advisory Committee, Board of Adjustment and Parks & Recreation Committee, and provides permit applications, emergency alerts, beach access information and shoreline protection updates.
