Topsail Surf & Cycle describes itself as Surf City's only full-service bike shop. It sells standard and electric bikes and performs bike repair and maintenance including tune-ups, flat fixes, wheels, tires, brakes, chains, derailleurs and assembly, with mobile and on-site service available. Rentals include electric bikes, bicycles, kayaks, standup paddleboards, surfboards, bodyboards and beach gear. Surf City hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday noon-4pm.
