About

Topsail Island Yacht Club is a covered dry-stack boat storage facility at Intracoastal Waterway mile marker 260, adjacent to the Surf City swing bridge. The site offers covered dry slips, deep water channel access, an in-water staging area so boats are ready on arrival, and outside work racks for maintenance and cleaning. Amenities include a 2,400 square foot clubhouse and a 16' x 40' in-ground pool. It is privately owned and operated by the Topsail Island Yacht Club Owners Association, with slips offered for sale or rent.
