Tootsie Wootsies is an elective fetal imaging studio in the Oak Tree Center at 16747 US Highway 17, Suite 132, Hampstead. Owner Jennifer Dye is a registered diagnostic medical sonographer with 12 years of experience, and the studio is described as Pender County's first and only fetal imaging studio. It provides non-medical elective 2D, 3D, 4D and HD live ultrasound imaging from about six weeks of pregnancy, with digital and printed images and recorded heartbeat keepsakes. Packages run from a $50 10-minute Serenity Scan to a $315 Sonostar Baby bundle, and an adjoining room can host gender reveal or baby shower gatherings; appointments only, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
