About

NewDawn CrossFit is a CrossFit affiliate in Surf City offering coached group classes for adults of all fitness levels. A NewDawn Kids program provides age-appropriate CrossFit-style training for younger athletes. Classes run early mornings and evenings Monday through Friday, with a Saturday 8am session. The gym is closed Sundays.
