Margherita Pizza Co is a family-run wood-fired pizzeria in Triton Village, located behind Salty Turtle Beer Co. Pies are baked in an oven imported from Italy using homemade dough and ingredients the owners describe as locally sourced, farm fresh, organic or non-GMO. The menu also includes salads, desserts, wine and beer, with gluten-free crust available. Summer hours are Tuesday through Saturday 5-9pm; winter hours shorten, and the shop is closed Sunday and Monday.
