About

Godwin's Market is a neighborhood grocery store on South Anderson Boulevard in Topsail Beach, originally built in 1949 and long run by the Godwin family. It closed in 2020 and was bought and reopened in April 2023 by Jane and Robert Jeffreys, who renovated the building with new HVAC, plumbing, shelving, a walk-in cooler and outdoor picnic tables. The store sells groceries, drinks, fountain beverages and ice cream, and Topsail Magazine reported it is the only lottery retailer in Topsail Beach. Reported hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
