Chill Pretty is a combined women's boutique and hair studio in Surf City. The hair lounge offers cuts, color and blowouts and retails Kerastase and Redken haircare. Additional services include permanent makeup and waxing. The boutique side carries clothing, accessories, jewelry, handbags and shoes, and the shop is open Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
