All Saints Catholic Church is a vibrant Roman Catholic parish serving the Hampstead community under the Diocese of Raleigh. Led by Reverend Monsignor Joseph Kazibwe Ntuwa, with Deacons James Bogdan and Richard Mickle assisting, the parish is dedicated to loving God, loving others, and making disciples. Mass is offered multiple times during the week—weekday Masses on Tuesday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM, and Thursday and Friday at 9:00 AM. The Saturday vigil Mass is at 5:00 PM, and Sunday Masses are held at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with the 11:00 AM Mass also livestreamed.

Confession is available on Saturdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM and by appointment. Eucharistic Adoration is held on the first Friday of each month following the 9:00 AM Mass until 1:00 PM. The parish also supports seasonal services at its mission location in Surf City, with Sunday Masses at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

The church offers a wide variety of ministries and faith formation programs for all ages, including sacramental preparation, adult Bible studies, and community service initiatives such as a food pantry and outreach programs. All Saints strives to welcome individuals at every stage of the faith journey, offering spiritual growth, community connection, and outreach opportunities.
