We are a coffee house and ice cream shop serving up everything coffee including, frappes and smoothies. We proudly serve award-winning ice cream from Wisconsin. We are in the heart of Surf City located steps from the beach between Beach Access 18 & 19.

About the Management

We fell in love with Topsail Island so much when we visited in 2018, that we moved here in 2019. Coming from a food and beverage background we decided to open Sea Blue Coffee and Ice Cream in 2020! We couldn’t be happier. Glad to be part of this community!
